I spoke to owner and he is a complete gentleman. He took the time out on the phone to explain about Hurricane impact doors and windows and install and inspection. I have known Justin for years through home inspection and wind mitigation. When we had major damage from termites, I spoke with Justin for a remediation for a contractor. He informed me he has a construction co. He came out looked at the problem and informed he can take care of us. The damage was worst then we thought, we lost 4 horizontal roof trusts, 1/4 of our ceil in the master bedroom two 5-foot exterior walls. All his people were courteous, very clean and did a great job. although there was more damage than we thought, his price was fair, and we are glad we used Colbalt.
